Care Credit® Offers Payment Plans for periodontal treatment

Have you put off needed periodontal treatment because of the cost? We understand your concern, but unfortunately periodontal disease does not go away or get better on its own. It continues to attack the support structures of your teeth. Left untreated, it can loosen your teeth until they fall out.
We offer a solution to payment problems. Called Care Credit, it’s a convenient, low minimum monthly payment program specifically designed to pay for health care and elective treatment not covered by insurance. The plans cover treatment costs from $1 to over $25,000.

Care Credit offers two types of plans: No interest payment plans and low interest payment plans. With the no interest payment plans, you pay for treatment over 3, 6, 12 or 18 months with no interest. Low interest (9.90% APR) plans are available for 2, 3, 4 or 5 years; the interest rate is fixed, and there is no penalty for pre-payment.
